- Deposit has to be post upon arrival at the handing over of the keys and returned upon departure

Condition de location :
- In case of deterioration of the premises, furniture or electrical appliances exceeding the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to repay the total amount of damage.
- Deposit for booking : 25% of the amount of rent
- In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit will be retained by the owner.
- An inventory will be carried out by the landlord and the tenant on arrival and departure.
